- How do I change my password
- Go to My Profile and edit and confirm the password change.
- How do I change my email address
- Go to My profile and edit and save your address. You can add more detail at any time.
- I have moved, how do I change my address?
- Go to My profile and simply edit your address and save the changes.
- How can I contact you?

- How do I register?
- Simply click the register now button on the homepage and create your profile. Don’t forget to save your details.
Ordering
- What happens after I have ordered?
- Your order will be printed and despatched within 48 working hours
- Can I receive any free samples?
- No – we print exactly what you have ordered but we do send you a copy of your postcard too.
- What happens if my order is late?
- We guarantee that our order will be sent within 48 working hours, however if your promotion has a critical date we do advise that you allow enough time for postal delivery to reach your prospects. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
- I’ve noticed a mistake, can I change my order?
- Not once you have sent the order – we will usually have printed it almost immediately. Email us as soon as you can and we will do our best to stop the print and give you a chance to rectify the mistake.
- Can I cancel my order?
- Not once you have agreed and the order is in production

- Can I use the library images on more than one campaign?
- The BigStock image license cost is for "single use" so the charge is made each time you do a campaign using the image.

- Yes, our payment is through Sagepay secure online payments

- We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Delivery
- How quick is your delivery?
- We despatch your order within 48 hours.
- What delivery options are there?
- We can offer you either First or second class Royal Mail.
Product services
- How do I start making my own campaign?
- The site is really easy to use and automatically guides you though the steps to create a campaign. Start by choosing your prospects and then design your offer and artwork.
- Can I personalise the campaign templates?
- Yes you can edit any of the text areas with a dotted line around them. You can also change all the images to suit you.
- How do I upload my logo?
- Choose the colours and logo option under the my profile tab – here you can create your company style by uploading your logo and choosing colour themes that represent your business.
- How is my product printed?
- We print on state of the art digital production presses to give you the quality you need.
- Is it only me that will see my campaign?
- Yes, your account is completely secure.
- Are you environmentally friendly?
- Yes, we adhere to the best industry practice.
- How do I deselect the market demographics?
- You can do this by clicking on the pie chart or the box next to the description of the segment.
- How do I select my own area of my target market?
- You can use a postcode search and define the area or draw around an area on the map yourself.
- How do I put my own details on the campaigns?
- You can use the company logo and colours to create your company profile – these are then automatically placed on the template.
Product Quality
- What does the warning triangle mean?
- The image you've uploaded appears to be low resolution which may mean that it appears pixelated in the final print. For the best results, upload a better quality image.
